Hosting & migration FAQ
Questions we hear before a move.
Can you move my existing WordPress site?
Yes. We carry over your pages, posts and images, rebuild them as a fast static site, and redirect old addresses to the new pages so search traffic and shared links keep working. Forms are rebuilt so inquiries still reach you.
Why a static site instead of WordPress?
A static site has no database and no plugins to patch, so it loads faster, has far less to attack, and costs less to run. For a business site whose content changes a few times a month, it is usually the better fit.
Where will my site be hosted?
On 20i managed hosting, with SSL and a CDN. We set it up, watch it, and handle updates for you.
Will my email stop working during the move?
It shouldn't. We check your domain's DNS and mail records before changing anything, and keep your mail settings as they are.
Can my site be in both English and Korean?
Yes. We build bilingual sites with a language switch on every page, separate URLs for each language, and the tags search engines need to show the right version.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the number of pages, languages and features. We send a written quote after a short consult. Use the contact form to tell us about your project.
